服务条款 / Terms of Service

1. 接受条款

使用 AI Studio(下称“本服务”),即表示你同意本条款。如果你代表一家公司使用,你确认自己有权代表该公司接受本条款。

2. 服务内容

本服务让你用文字描述想做的网页应用,由 AI 生成代码,提供实时预览、在线编辑、版本历史与还原,并可下载项目。本服务目前是早期版本,我们可能随时改进、调整或暂停部分功能。

3. 账号与公司

你需要为自己账号的安全负责,不要与他人共用登录信息。公司管理员负责管理其公司的成员,并对其公司内的使用负责。同一公司的成员可以查看和编辑该公司的所有项目。

4. 额度

新公司可获得一定的免费额度,由公司成员共用。每次让 AI 生成或修改会按所选模型消耗额度;生成失败、被截断或被你中止时,额度会退回。

5. 可接受的使用

你不得利用本服务生成或传播违法内容、侵犯他人权利的内容、恶意程序、钓鱼或欺诈页面,也不得尝试破坏、绕过或过度占用本服务的安全与额度限制。我们可以在发现违规时暂停或终止相关账号。

6. AI 生成的代码

AI 生成的代码可能有错误、安全漏洞,或与你的需求不完全一致,也可能与他人的代码相似。在把它用于正式产品之前,请自行检查、测试,必要时请专业人员审查。我们不保证生成的代码适合任何特定用途。

7. 你的内容

你输入的内容和你的项目仍归你(或你的公司)所有。你允许我们为了提供本服务而处理它,包括把需求描述和部分项目代码传送给我们使用的 AI 服务生成回复。请勿输入你无权使用的资料。

8. 免责与责任限制

本服务按“现状”提供,我们不保证不间断或没有错误。在法律允许的最大范围内,我们不对因使用或无法使用本服务而产生的间接或后果性损失负责。

9. 终止

你可以随时停止使用本服务。我们也可以在你违反本条款时暂停或终止你的使用。

10. 条款变更与联系我们

我们可能更新本条款,更新后会修改页面顶部的日期;继续使用即表示接受更新。

1. Acceptance

By using AI Studio (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that company.

2. The Service

The Service lets you describe a web app in words, has AI generate the code, and provides a live preview, an online editor, version history with restore, and project download. It is an early-stage product and we may improve, change or pause features at any time.

3. Accounts and companies

You are responsible for the security of your account and must not share your login. A company administrator manages that company’s members and is responsible for use within it. Members of a company can view and edit all of that company’s projects.

4. Credits

New companies receive some free credits, shared by their members. Each AI generation or change uses credits according to the model chosen; credits are returned if a generation fails, is cut off, or you stop it.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to create or spread unlawful content, content that infringes others’ rights, malware, phishing or fraudulent pages, or to attempt to break, bypass or overload its security and credit limits. We may suspend or end accounts that do.

6. AI-generated code

AI-generated code may contain mistakes or security flaws, may not match what you asked for, and may resemble other people’s code. Review and test it yourself — and have a professional review it if needed — before using it in a real product. We do not promise it is fit for any particular purpose.

7. Your content

What you enter and your projects remain yours (or your company’s). You allow us to process them to provide the Service, including sending your requests and part of your project’s code to the AI service we use to generate replies. Do not enter material you have no right to use.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your use if you breach these terms.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change, and continued use means you accept the update.
